Let me start off by saying these shorts are awesome. They are very light weight and dry quickly, perfect for the gym. They do not have pockets so it may be a deal breaker for some. I am 6'6" 220 and the XL was perfect for me

Have purchased these shorts many times as they run long for the bigger guys. My 6'4" son has been very happy with them.
