It was extremely easy purchasing from Amazon. The vest is a quality product and the price, although not as economic as I had wished, was a trade off for easily finding a big man's size. With a key stroke I was able to request the correct size and color. Made a very good Christmas gift.

This vest was great, fit well and made well. The price was great and the service from this company was great.

This is a good lightweight, inexpensive vest. I purchased it for layering under my winter coat when the temps get really low. It's pleasantly soft, and I wore it for perhaps 30 minutes inside my house when I got it while waiting for the furnace to heat the house up from 60 degrees. By the time it hit 68 on the thermostat I had to take it off as I was getting too warm

If you're looking for a thick, wooly vest you can wear outside in the cold by itself when the temps drop below ~60 degrees, you might want to look into one of the "soft shell" lined vests that are thicker and/or insulated. This is more of a "my, it's a little chilly tonight" vest than "Wow, it's freezing out!" kind of vest.

I purchased the 4x size, and probably should have gotten the tall as I'm 6'2", but it's not bad. It's not tight across the shoulders (likely thanks to the generous arm openings) than other Columbia items I've tried in the same size.
