Doublju Mens Double PEA Wool Half Trench Coat(868)

Rating: 4.5 starts out of 5

Pros: Looks good buttoned all the way up, or just half buttoned. You will get compliments. I wouldn't say its a coat you'd wear if your area snows/gets COLD, but it's good enough for the SF Bay Area weather.

Sizing: I'm 6ft tall, 160 lb, slim guy (aka don't lift weights), and the large (US medium) fits to how I expected it to (perhaps since I'm already Asian, this brand already knows my body?). A tad tight in some spots, but does not botter me. For full disclosure, my legs are longer than me torso & arms, leading me to believe I have a shorter than normal torso & arms compared to other 6ft tall males.

Cons: Like I said above, not very warm. The zipper pocket leads to no where (perhaps room for a folded up dollar bill). I've been wearing this daily for about a week; since the day I received the coat. To sum up my feelings, this coat is amazing: it's stylish, it's warm (in spite of what I read from the other reviews), and it's already getting me some desired attention. The coat has looked great with almost anything I've worn, and it gives me a real empowering feeling--that huge boost of confidence you get because you look good. It looks best (in my opinion) with a simple button-down shirt and a pair of jeans (like in the product picture).

The coat is actually warm and blocks wind like a champ. I've worn the coat during a recent Midwest winter cold front with the temperatures in the mid 20's. During the especially cold and/or windy moments, the collar pops up to cover every bit of the back of your neck (up to my hairline) and keeps it warm, and the front button up portion of the collar (all the way at the top) covers my neck all the way up to the bottom of my chin. Finally, was able to get in touch with them. On their website doublju.com, there is a [Contact Us] button, which displays a sort of message board where you can enter your issues/complaints. I did that, the the moderator replied within 24 hours indicating I'll have to ship back the stuff at my expense (Blustering Barnacles!). Shipping cost is coming to around $50 from NY/NJ using USPS for a coat and a hoodie.

Contacted them 3 times via email. No response. Called their number at 2:30pm Korea time on Monday. Heard an automated message in Korean, and then got cut off. Tried 3 times. Same response. I'll keep trying but this lack of communication is really disheartening. I like the styles they have and was going to order a couple of more coats and hoodies, but if I can't return the clothes I bought (as per their size requirements, since they don't fit me), then I will not support this supplier.
