French Connection Men's Eagle Has Landed Jacket

Huge disappointment. When I received this item ("French Connection Eagle Has Landed Jacket"), I was so angry to see in which condition the jacket has been sent it to me as costumer. I am talking about damaged/broken zippers, discoloration all over it (like it has been washed for 1000 times), scratches all over it, as well. Issue with this is because the jacket itself was found in plastic bag inside the box and neither of packages was damaged by transportation, which means that who ever was packing this item did not checked, is the jacket in good condition or on any way damaged, before it has been shipped all the way to APO address in military Base, Afghanistan. There is no way for me to return it back on time to get the refund. I am awaiting for one more shipment of same item because my friend saw it on Amazon.com and asked me to order it for him.
