Summary: Versatile Jacket...... a bit pricey 2007-07-03
Comment: I generally don't buy H-D brand jackets. However, I was looking for a mesh jacket that could double as a Spring / Fall weight jacket. This is it. It seems to be well made, stitched and embroidered well. It has a zip -in rain liner for rain (when it's cold, the liner keeps the cold air out). However, one feature that is not that apparent is that when you zip off the centre section (between the orange piping about breast level) the outer shell of the sleeve come off as well. So the mesh area is through the chest and sleeve area. I rode the Harley today (it's 108°F in the desert) and it was very comfortable. Padding on the shoulders and elbows - but none in the back. The weight of the jacket is nice too; not too heavy. If the cost doesn't scare you, this is a versatile jacket that you should be able to wear through quite a bit of the year (depending on where you are of course).
