This jacket is very warm. I mainly wear arc'teryx but this is a remarkable jacket-very durable. I Only wear the jacket ice climbing on the coldest of days because the jacket is to warm for milder ice climbing days. Its also great as a motorcycle jacket becuase it is so warm and is not cut loosely and consequently there isnt loose fabric flapping all around. There are only a couple of jackets that I will buy twice-the Gamma MX from arc'teryx, the venta SV from arc'teryx and this jacket.

I Live in CA and travel frequently between the San Francisco and Sacramento Areas. This jacket is the absolute best, i'm a mid sized guy at 6'2" 195lbs and this thing keeps me warm in the cold of winter and the windy days of fall. I simply cannot say enough good things about this jacket, so versatile, great storage space, awesome comfort, and totally durable. An Excellent jacket all year round!!
