From every review I'd read on this jacket people said how slim fitting it was. I ordered a large, expecting it to have a nice, slim, athletic fit. However, it was not to be. I am 6'4" tall, 160lbs, with super long arms and legs. In this LG sized jacket I could nearly fit two of me inside of it. The arm length is excellent; the waist could ride up a couple inches higher. I was really surprised by how light it is -- wow!

All-in-all this jacket, at size LARGE, is too large.

At 6'1" and 178 lbs the patagonia nanopuff was way too baggy in a large and sleeves too short in a medium. This fits me very well and is about equal in warmth. It is down as opposed to synthetic... But very light and comfortable. Works well so far for additional mid layer in VERY cold conditions (-26) as only mid layer in mild cold conditions (0-15), and maybe as outterlayer for warmer (not sure yet). I have only had it a week so can't comment on durability yet. The pockets on mine do zip.

I love this jacket! Very toasty and light! The XL fits me perfect (I'm 6'1" and ~187 lbs) but I have big shoulders. I wish the two front pockets would zip up like the Mountain Hardware Zonal jacket but instead there is just a flap like a "sandwhich bag" style. Love the zipper pocket over the left chest! I highly recommeded it. Very good/excellent value for the price (I bought it on sale).
