I had thought this would be a light windbreaker, but it turns out it is lined with a moderate material. it has a ton of pockets, which is great, and it's very comfortable. i ordered a couple sizes too big on purpose, and was really happy with the bulky fit. the only problem is if you're going to be in any kind of sunny weather, i wouldn't recommend it, it gets really hot to wear. i wore it on a fishing trip on a breezy morning with some cold drizzle, and it was perfect for that. just keep your needs in mind when ordering this product. i would recommend it, but only for chilly weather use.
