 Good shell, By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Port Authority Velocity Jacket (Apparel) This jacket is a lightweight windbreaker shell. The good part of that is that the jacket and the shipping are both inexpensive and one can add layers underneath. However, it would be disappointing to someone who wanted more thickness/layering in the jacket itself. I don't yet have any data on how well it works in heavy rain or how durable it will be.
