Summary: Good, but it could be better 2008-10-13
Comment: Went out for 3 hours of steady rain. RS is embroidered on front chest and water leaks through the embroidery onto my shirt. Also I am 6 ft 2 inches and poncho only came to mid arm so bottom of arm was soaking wet. Poncho doesn't come low enough to cover legs below knees. If you are smaller this is not a problem. I am use to the military quality ponchos which cover the entire arms and come below the knees. With the problem area of the embroidery leaking, the poncho kept me dry where it covered me.

Summary: Hard to get excited over a Poncho? 2008-10-10
Comment: That's what I would think, but this thing is great. It's made of high quality material and is fairly large (I'm 240 lbs). It folds into an attached pouch about the size of a small kleenex box. I stick it in my backpack or coat pocket and forget about it until I need it. Next time you get caught in a downpour you'll wish you had one!

Summary: Well made and very light and handy but also very HOT 2008-07-31
Comment: It's a very nice poncho. Superb quality. Long enough to keep you dry. The only drawback is that it doesn't breathe and gets very hot even in cool to moderate weather.

Summary: Sturdy, useful, but light enough to always have along 2008-07-13
Comment: I needed a rain garment that was light enough that I could pack it with my carry-on luggage for all trips, but sturdy enough to hold up in a gusty rain. This poncho fits the bill perfectly.

Summary: Superior product for a great price 2008-06-11
Comment: This rain poncho is truly an exceptionally fine product. It folds into its own pouch which, when open, becomes a pocket inside the poncho. It is large enough to cover a large person and a big back pack or wheelchair. It dries quickly and folds back into its pouch that easily fits into a large handbag or day pack. I won't leave home without it.
