Shift Racing Avenger Jacket

This is a comfortable jacket that seems to be made of quality materials with good stitching. I got it in all black and I think it looks quite good; definitely a motorcycle jacket, but not obnoxiously so. There is a permanent metal mesh vent at the top of the shoulder, but no zipped vents. The jacket was warm enough without the liner down to about 50*f. Pockets (two over the stomach and one inside) are large enough for wallets, cellphones etc.

The elbow and shoulder armor feel like they will do some good in a spill, though I hope to never test that. The back protector doesn't feel like much use at all, but it's in a pocket rather than built in, so I'll be adding an inexpensive Alpinestars bio armor insert.

I wear a size 44 suit jacket, and the Large was a good fit. Couldn't be beaten for the price.

To my dismay SHIFT has closed its doors on doing a street line so I went looking for whatever I could find.\

This jacket is made very well, fit perfect , looks great and the 2 rides I have taken with it , it performed great.

My younger brother had a crash last month wearing a similar SHIFT jacket and it saved his ass !!!
