This is a great jacket. The outside pockets have parallel zippered pockets that are a great feature. It took me a while to figure it out. I kept trying to get my keys out of one of the pockets while they were in the other! But once I saw what was going on, I really appreciated the feature. You can keep valuables (keys, whatever, etc.) zipped up and safe from falling out and still have the open two side pockets for other stuff. I don't know why they don't mention the feature in any of the descriptions.

Anyway, the zippered outside pockets and inside zippered breast pocket were some of the reasons I wanted this jacket to begin with, so to have the extras was a real bonus.

You can take it off and set it down while you're out and not worry that your stuff will fall out. That's important to me. I just ordered this jacket on March 19 and it arrived here in Ottawa, Ontario on March 26 which is excellent service from the U.S I think.. I opened the box and tried it on. Beautiful. This is exactly what I have been looking for - a nice dressy microfibre, water repellant windbreaker - stylish, practical. Fits well. I haven't even worn it outside yet but I can tell I am going to love it. Excellent value too at $59! I was looking in retail stores here and couldn't find anything as nice even in the $130 and up range. Good job Essential Apparel and good job Amazon on getting it to me so fast. I will buy from this company again.

Boy, was my hubby happy when I surprised him with this jacket. His old jacket was exactly the same brand, color, quality. He almost cried when he burned a hole in his old jacket when we were roasting marshmallows over a campfire. He couldn't believe I was able to find the very same jacket as his old one.
